Thank you for visiting the Staverton Owners Group Web Site

Staverton owners group was formed about four years ago by a group of racing enthusiasts who all knew each other through the love of the great sport. It initially concentrated on Point to Point horses but after much success in that field it was decided that all the horses should run under rules.

With this transition it was decided to open up the opportunity of ownership to everyone at an affordable price. It is important to stress that the Club runs on a non profit making basis so if we could attract enough members we would look to increase the number of horses who run in our colours.

Andy Haynes, a young man, who has enjoyed great success already in his training career was approached to train our horses from his base near Bath. The facilities there are second to none.

We now have a team of 5 horses, Summer and Winter jumpers. (See horses page).
